Meenakshi Gigi Durham

Meenakshi Gigi Durham is the (joint) professor of gender, women’s and sexuality studies at the School of Journalism and Mass Communication, University of Iowa's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
Durham is editor-in-chief of the Journal of Communication Inquiry, and sits on the editorial board of Sexualization, Media, and Society.

Education

Durham earned her Ph.D. (1990) from the University of Florida.
