Biography

Nicholas "Nick" Vachon (born July 20, 1972 in Montreal, Quebec) is a retired ice hockey player. He was drafted in the 12th round, 241st overall in 1990 by the Toronto Maple Leafs. In his career, he played one NHL game for the New York Islanders in 1996 against the Los Angeles Kings, failing to register a point and going -1 on the night. He also played the title character in George Plamondon's 2003 short film Clark: The Canadian Hockey Goalie.
He is the son of former NHL goaltender Rogie Vachon.
